Below is my recommendation memo.
Dear Mr. Owner,
After careful consideration of both online and on-site training options for our call center supervisors, it is my recommendation that we utilize The Call Center School. While this includes a slightly higher upfront cost ($10,520), the yearly cost of $529 per person is far lower than any of the other options available. The online courses are flexible, self-paced, and include a variety of learning methods to engage participants. The courses required can be customized to meet our team needs without additional fluff or wasted time. Training with this program can begin within 1 week of purchase and each new participant can begin learning as soon as registration is complete. Additionally, our company will have access to a dashboard for a real-time view of learning progress, quiz scores, and more for current and former participants.
I would like to begin this new training process on January 1st and would appreciate your approval to purchase The Call Center School training by Nov 15th. This will allow me time to register our call center supervisors and customize the training for our needs.
